Welcome to TheKeyAtelier. The terms “we,” “us,” and “our” refer to TheKeyAtelier. TheKeyAtelier operates this store and website, including all related information, content, features, tools, products, and services in order to provide you, the customer, with a curated shopping experience (the “Services”). TheKeyAtelier is powered by Shopify, which enables us to provide the Services to you.
These Terms of Service, together with any policies referenced herein (collectively, the “Terms”), describe your rights and responsibilities when you use our Services.

TheKeyAtelier specializes in artisan keycaps, hand-painted figures, 3D-printed creations, collectibles, accessories, and other specialty products.
Many of our products are individually produced, finished, assembled, and/or hand-painted. Because of the handmade nature of these products, minor differences in color, texture, finish, positioning, print characteristics, or other details may occur from one item to another. These variations are a natural part of handmade and small-batch production and are not necessarily considered defects.
We make every reasonable effort to accurately display the appearance and colors of our products. However, actual colors and appearance may vary depending on your device, screen settings, lighting conditions, and the handmade nature of the product.
Product photographs may include props, keyboards, switches, stands, accessories, or other items for display purposes. Unless specifically stated in the product description, these additional items are not included with your purchase.
All product descriptions, specifications, pricing, and availability are subject to change without notice.
We reserve the right to discontinue any product at any time and to limit quantities available to any person, geographic region, or jurisdiction.
SECTION 3 — ORDERS
When you place an order through TheKeyAtelier, you are making an offer to purchase the selected products.
We reserve the right to accept, decline, limit, or cancel an order for any lawful reason at our discretion. An order is not considered accepted until payment has been successfully processed and the order has been confirmed.
Please review your order carefully before submitting it. Because some products may enter production or fulfillment shortly after an order is placed, we cannot guarantee that cancellation or modification requests can be accommodated.
If we cancel an order or need additional information regarding an order, we will attempt to contact you using the email address, billing information, shipping information, and/or phone number provided during checkout.
Purchases are subject to our Refund Policy.
You represent that purchases made through our Services are for lawful purposes and that the information provided in connection with your order is accurate.

Prices, discounts, promotions, and product availability may change without notice.
The price charged for a product will be the price displayed at the time your order is placed, subject to correction of obvious pricing or listing errors.
Unless otherwise stated, displayed prices do not include applicable taxes, shipping charges, customs duties, import fees, or other charges that may apply.

You represent and warrant that you are authorized to use the payment method provided and agree to pay all charges associated with your order.
SECTION 5 — SHIPPING AND DELIVERY
Processing and delivery estimates are provided for convenience and are not guaranteed.
Certain products, particularly handmade, hand-painted, personalized, made-to-order, or custom products, may require additional production time before shipment.
Once an order has been transferred to a shipping carrier, delivery times may be affected by circumstances outside our control, including carrier delays, weather, customs processing, holidays, incorrect delivery information, and other unforeseen circumstances.
International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, import fees, brokerage fees, or similar charges imposed by their country or jurisdiction unless otherwise stated.

TheKeyAtelier is powered by Shopify, which enables us to provide the Services to you.
However, purchases made through our store are transactions directly between you and TheKeyAtelier.
By using the Services, you acknowledge and agree that Shopify is not responsible for any aspect of sales between you and TheKeyAtelier, including any injury, damage, or loss resulting from products or services purchased from TheKeyAtelier.
To the extent permitted by applicable law, you release Shopify and its affiliates from claims, damages, and liabilities arising from or relating to your purchases and transactions with TheKeyAtelier.
